Lack of cleanliness in rooms, malfunctioning amenities like AC and toilets could really use improvement!!! It's frustrating when noise from other guests disrupts relaxation, along with a stale odor lingering in the air!!!

Had a fun group getaway! The location was close to attractions like the Augusta National Golf Club, perfect for exploring. The clean king room was cozy and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend checking out nearby boat tours for some water fun!

One issue was the maid service. we noticed cleanliness that could use improving.

spark by hilton has a very clean and comfortable king room. the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the location was fantastic—close to tons of restaurants and attractions. the staff, especially a young lady named allison, was super helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Comfy stay with a great vibe!

We had a spacious king suite that was super bright—loved all the natural light! The staff was really friendly, especially when checking in. Only bummer was that the whole place seems to be under renovations, so it was a bit noisy at times. But overall, nice atmosphere and cozy feel.
